Matt Lambert
Internationally acclaimed Chef Matt Lambert draws inspiration from his Kiwi upbringing and a deep appreciation for exceptional local produce, combined with a modern, innovative approach to cooking techniques.
In 2013, Matt opened The Musket Room in New York, where his creativity and dedication earned the restaurant numerous awards, including a Michelin star, which he proudly held for seven years. Now back in New Zealand he leads as Executive Chef for The Lodge Bar, recently awarded Two Chef’s Hats, with locations in Queenstown, Auckland and Brisbane - each offering a sophisticated dining experience and a unique destination.
