This print lends itself as a visual metaphor to the struggles and relationship with breast cancer for women. The ink swipe was created by New Zealand artist Rebekah Farr.
With one woman is diagnosed every three hours in New Zealand and two women lose their battle with it every day. It is the research funded by these activations that will lead us to finding a cure. The high incidence of breast cancer in New Zealand is a fact none of us can ignore.
