"Adjust then Thrive" is Breast Cancer Survivor Jaquie Brown's call to encourage herself and any person on a breast cancer journey.

This is what I say to myself on my challenging days as I navigate my breast cancer treatment. A little encouraging "you can do this" when it feels hard or like I'll be stuck in a low feeling forever.

A reminder that there is life to be enjoyed during treatment, on the other side of treatment, and I will thrive again; that is my promise to myself, and I hope that my motto resonates with anyone on a similar path.
