Pre order policy

Many of our retail campaign items are sold on a pre-order basis to minimise waste and ensure we can maximise funds going directly to breast cancer research.

What is a pre-order?
A pre-order means your item is made after your order is placed, rather than being held in stock.

Production & Delivery Timeframes

• Pre-order dates and estimated delivery windows are clearly stated on each product page at the time of purchase.
• Once the pre-order period closes, please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for production and dispatch.
• Delivery timeframes may vary slightly depending on production and courier schedules.

Shipping

• Orders will be shipped once production is complete.
• If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped together once all items are ready.

Changes & Cancellations

• As all items are made to order, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has been placed.
• If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Sizing & Availability

• Please check sizing carefully before ordering. Exchanges are subject to availability.
• In rare cases where stock limitations occur, we will contact you with alternative options or a refund.
