Most of our retail campaigns operate on a pre-order basis. Pre-order timeframes, including expected dispatch dates, are clearly stated on the Website at the time of purchase. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these timelines.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and courier services.

SHIPPING
We are so excited to receive your order, and we will get it on the way to you with NZ Post as quickly as possible. You will be sent your tracking details once your order is ready to ship and you can track your orders progress at any time using this link.
New Zealand
Once your order has been packed and dispatched you should receive it within 5-10 working days. Our standard national delivery cost is $9NZD.
Please allow for an additional 24-48hrs to the standard delivery times for rural areas.
Australia
Your order will be shipped to your location for a $29AUD shipping charged when your payment is processed. Once your order has been packed and dispatched you should receive your order within 15–20 working days.
