Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind
We accept exchanges for change of mind on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided items are:
- unworn, unused, and in original condition
- returned with all original tags attached
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Size Exchanges
We understand that sizing can vary. Where available, we are happy to offer exchanges for a different size.
All size exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time your return is processed. If your requested size is no longer available, we may offer an alternative option or store credit.
Items must be:
- unworn, unused, and in original condition
- returned with all original tags attached
Size exchanges are not guaranteed for pre-order items, as stock is limited and produced to order.
Pre-Order Items
Most of our retail campaigns operate on a pre-order basis, with timeframes clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Due to the made-to-order nature of these items, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on pre-order purchases.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
Return Process
To request a return or exchange, please email us at hello@breastcancercure.org.nz with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- photos (if applicable)
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit
- Sale or promotional items may not be eligible for return unless faulty
